The only positive thing I can say about this store is they have cute products. The customer service is quite horrible. I bought an item in the store and was charged $568 only to later find out the same product is on the web site for $248. In fact, this same item lists on amazon.com for only $128. Regardless, I attempted multiple (10+) times to get a hold of the store owner "Melody". She refused to take or return my calls. In fact, I called so many times that it got to the point no one would ever pick up the phone when I called (I'm assuming they were using caller ID). I even filed a complaint with the better business bureau to which she failed to respond as well. Interestingly, an employee admitted to me over the phone this had happened several times previously. I know many people who have had similar encounters in this store and I would HIGHLY suggest you shop elsewhere. I would also caution against purchasing from their online store "www.poshpetite.com ". In this economy, it shocks me that people would charge this much money for product while treating their loyal customers in such a disrespectful manner. I am simply appalled.
