STAY AWAY! You don't get what you see!! BAD Service!!
I will NEVER order flowers through this business EVER AGAIN! How can you still stay open? I ordered a birthday arrangement on Monday to be delivered that Friday. The same day I ordered I received an email confirming that the flowers delivered. I replied and was so upset because they have ruined the surprise. They wrote back and said they are sorry and will investigate further. I waited until the next day to receive a follow-up email to inform me the flowers were NOT delivered. Confusing!! I got suspicious and asked if I can get a picture of the arrangement before it gets delivered so I can see a live picture of what I purchased. I did not get a reply back. Friday came, the day to deliver the flowers...no email, no updates. My friend said she is leaving for HH at 5pm so I was hoping the flowers would deliver before then. I called to check around 3pm, they said its in route and may take all the way up to 7pm to deliver. 6pm came and I still did not receive any email updates or confirmation. I emailed and submitted a complaint on their site. That was when they replied back to my email and told me they can't request for a picture and sorry they couldnt' deliver it earlier as I was complaining why its taking them so long. Its 7pm and stillllllll no email updates or confirmation. I asked my friend if she received the flowers...(sorry, I ordered through an unreliable site) and she said yes and sent me a picture. I looked at the picture and it didn't look anything like the flowers I ordered. I emailed the company and expressed my disappointment and asked for a refund. I provided them with pictures of what I bought "online" and the picture of the flowers so they can clearly see the difference. They replied back saying their florist followed every procedure correctly to replace what they didn't have and that is disclosed in their small prints so they are NOT going to give me a refund. Sooo, you replaced 90% of EVERYTHING? How is that okay? Turns out the picture my friend sent was from another florist. This company does not even know what shipped or anything. They simply do not provide any service what so ever and does not care what was sent but they guarantee satisfaction....LIE! My friend came home later and the flowers does not look like what is on their site.
