Recently someone obtained some of my personal information and used it for billing. When working to get the money refunded, the billing company was very difficult and did not work with me. However, when I contacted Minilec directly, the error was immediately corrected. The president of the company took the time to correspond with me by phone and email and ensured that I received the refund. I was very impressed by the business practices of Minilec and the fact that the president of the company made sure that the situation was rectified.
