BUYERS BEWARE!! This furniture store is poorly managed with an unresponsive owner. I stopped by this store because of the large signage stating retirement sale. (which, there was no sale...they simply double the price of their furniture and offer you 1/2 off). I tested several beds since I need a king sized bed. After deciding which bed I liked, I told the salesman that I was going to look at other stores to compare. I simply took a photo of the tag so that I could remember which bed it was (rather than writing down notes...it's 2011 by the way). I heard someone yelling from across the store and was confident it wasn't directed toward me. I was stunned when the sales manager came up, ripped the tagged out of my hand and angrily said that "we don't take pictures of our beds." Then she kicked me out of the store!! A simpler, more cordial way for her to handle that would have been to politely state their photograph policy. I would have gladly obliged. When speaking to the owner about the horrific experience, I was offered little compassion and was wished well in my search for a bed. This staff and owner need serious training in customer service and the owner needs to learn how to handle explosive staff. They've lost a customer for life!!
