I found my experience to be less than pleasant. I obtained there service to have someone served and during the first did not receive any contact with the company. I made numerous attempts to get a status update, and did not get any information from them. The few times they answered the phone, I was promised a return phone call of which I never received. I thought this was a horrible experience, especially given the nature of the business, and the sensitivity of the matter. All I was looking for was a simple phone call or status update, and I never received it. I finally got a call back, with excuses about power outages and phones issues, however, given the other reviews I have now read, I feel like they must have perpetual phone issues. I think this company would be well advised to start answering their phones and returning calls. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered!
