Our document was apparently recorded, but I never received confirmation of that from the company, or the recorded document back in the mail. I had to track down the document and pay for copies myself because the company never responded to my numerous telephone calls/messages, fax, e-mails, etc.
One hires a company like this for peace of mind and prompt service of getting documents filed, recorded or served ON TIME. I have not had that peace of mind, and so I would NOT recommend this company.
