I ordered a part from AM Sewing Supplies. I clearly described the part as a 9" belt. I received an 18" belt. I found this mistake mystifying since I had emphasized that only the 9" belt was acceptable. I notified them I had received an incorrect part and was told to return the belt for credit. I sent it certified mail on January 31, 2013.
I received my MasterCard statement in the middle of February and there had been no refund. I checked the BBB in San Dimas, CA - they do not recommend this company as it has had multiple complaints filed against it. I found a few other unhappy customers who had given it bad reviews. I was foolish not to check before I ordered the part but hopefully I can save someone else from being ripped off by A&M Sewing Supplies. Apparently they will send you whatever they fancy and charge your credit card as much as they can. They seem unconcerned with customer satisfaction. I am fortunate that I did not spend a large amount. Use caution, you may get burned.
