Let me first say that I am an attractive, intelligent, loving and kind woman. I joined this service a little over a year ago. I was interviewed in depth as to who I was and what I was looking for. My contract read that I would be sent 8 matches in the course of a year with the ability to put myself on hold for up to 6 months.
So far I have received only 4 out of the 8 matches I was promised. Only one of the matches actually met what I was looking for. I wanted to decline meeting two of the matches I did meet because I felt they were not what I was looking for. I was coaxed into meeting them anyway. After meeting them, my instincts were correct not a match at all.
Now when I follow up with the LA office they treat me as if I am an unkind person, just because I ask why I have not received a match in three months. I though customer service was about being kind and listening to your clients. The treatment I get is almost intimidating like they are trying to push me away and really are not interested in helping me.
I feel foolish that I paid so much money and believed everything the sales person told me. She told me that 80% of their clients do not come back for all of their matches. I took that to mean that their match making was successful. Now I believe they do not come back for them because the matches do not fit what you asked for and when you ask why your contract is not being honored, they shame you and intimidate you.
I will never recommend this company to anyone and I would have to agree with an earlier post I read. I think this is just a money making scam. I have never been asked about how a date went "ever" especially not in detail as positive post said. I always contact them to tell them how it went. They do not coach me or ask me questions about the dates...They just say ok we will keep looking.
They do not call me to see how things are going, and if I did not contact them to inquire about why I am not receiving matches; I honestly think they would not send any. I think they just want your money and then hope you will lose interest and go away.
I am very disappointed in their service and would never recommend them to anyone! If anything run the other way if you are contacted by them!
