i paid in advance, as always, and was then notified of the sunset situation. i acted immediately ans was set up by geoarm. i was then told of the advance fee for the new monitoring company (of which i was not told). i was told the payment i had paid could not be applied to the "new company" so i was out that advance payment and am now forced to pay up again. this is not right and is poor company dealings towards their customers. i am willing to meet them halfway but do not feel i sure bare it all.................g
