I originally contract with Kings Van Lines on March 4th for a move from Las Vegas, Nevada to Happy Valley, Oregon. Kings Van Lines outsourced or brokered the deal to B & B Transportation. The original pick up date was scheduled for March 15 however; Kings Van Lines called and indicated they had a truck in the area and could they pick up early on the 7th of March. I agreed verbally with caveat of furniture could NOT be delivered until the 18th of March. That was the earliest date of me obtaining housing. They agreed and my items were picked up on the 7th. They did not bring enough packing material or a truck large enough to hold all of my items. Half of my furniture was hanging out in the rain. B&B called me on the 12th of March indicating they were ready to deliver my furniture. I specifically stated I had no where to place it until the 18th when I had possession of my dwelling. They said not a problem and for me to call on the 18th for delivery. I called on the 18th for delivery and was given a date, which came and went without so much as a call. This happened 2 other times as well. On the 4th time (April 2), they finally brought my items that had been stored since the 12th of March. Again, the truck was not large enough and this kid had to make two trips for my belongings. EVERY piece of furniture had a scratch or broken. Glasses, Vases, Glass table Top ALL SHATTERED!!!!. They handled my items like they were garbage. This kid worked until 3 a.m. on the 2nd of April delivering all of my items. He then was delivering to Seattle and asked if he could assemble my furniture on his return trip to California. I agreed as it was late and I had to work. I have yet to receive so much as a call back. Now I have to pay an outside "handyman" company to assemble my furniture....
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE....NEVER USE THEM AND MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF THE COMPANY YOU CONTRACT WITH BROKERS TO THIS COMPANY......BAD.BAD.BAD..
