Incompetent and dishonest

We contracted with bsg clearing (Voicelog Verification Services) and gave a deposit of $2500. Two years later, we still did not have a working TPV. We were told that they were changing the contract and would not work with us unless we conformed to the new agreement. We requested a refund and they have not refunded us and are not answering our calls or emails. This is dishonest business and we would advise against using their service.
