Please do not use Beachland Heating and Air Conditioning
1111 20th St. of Vero Beach, FL 32960 for any type of Heating and Air Conditioning products or services.
They do not adhere to truth in advertising and lie about the time it takes to schedule and perform a service call. Their products and services result in poor craftsmanship and they do not honor their warranty and service obilgations. The equipment they use is sub-standard and their staff is extremely unprofessional.
I purchased a new home in 2005 where the unit was installed and it was not a current model, the refrigerant lines were improperly soldered/connected. The installation was sloppy and the poor installation caused the unit to fail multiple times where the company refused to service the unit unless they first recevied payment for troubleshooting their own mistakes.
