We booked a round-trip luxury bus trip to Las Vegas that included 2 nights @ the Riviera Hotel w/ this company for $380.52. They were over an hour late to pick us up & arrived in an SUV, not a bus. They never told us that we were paying to get crammed in the back seat of an SUV w/ two other people & the driver. I would have been more comfortable driving myself & would have done so if we had known in advance that there was no bus. That was the point of the trip, as this company is a luxury bus company. When the driver dropped us off at The Riviera, she said "We will pick you up RIGHT HERE at 3:30pm on Monday." AND we even repeated that back to her & clarified that they would pick us up downstairs & not in the front of the hotel. At 3:15pm on Monday, we went downstairs to wait & at 3:40pm I got a call from someone from Blue Groundways & tried to answer it but no one was there, then I got a voicemail. The voicemail said that the bus would be leaving from BALLY'S in 5 minutes. They did not leave a phone # to call back. We didn't stay at Bally's? Why would they pick us up there? We took a cab to get there quickly & by the time we got there they had left us. We called Blue Groundways & they refused to come back to get us. They were only 5 minutes away. I begged, pleaded & cried on the phone w/ the dispatcher but she had no remorse & offered no assistance. BUT the two other people who were crammed in the SUV on the way to Vegas with us stayed @ the Sahara & ALSO were LEFT behind. This was not our mistake. Needless to say, we were stranded in Las Vegas and had to rent a car to get home.
This company never answers their phone and they have horrible communication with their customers. Really bad customer service.
