Impressive office but middling customer service and treatment results

Mixed reviews from customers. This medspa is co-owned by a nurse practitioner named Marla Bell and a vascular surgeon Edward Buch. Customers report that the prices of their products and services are high, on par with dermatologists except when discounted (Groupon coupons that have various restrictions). Quality is reported as inconsistent with some clients reporting problems with poor filler and laser results and bad customer service if they experience side effects from the treatments. Customers report a condescending attitude. Bell seems to exaggerate her abilities in aesthetics on the website and several questionable business practices have been reported such as fake astroturfed reviews on Yelp and depositing misdelivered checks from another medical office.
