Read this if you are considering CDA for help with your Mortgage

Last September, the harsh reality of the changed economy was coming to a head for me and my family home. After 2 years of exhausting our savings, and cutting our budget to the bone, I realised that I could not sustain my mortgage. My pride kept me trying,
not wanting to ask for help. Finally, Even though I had not yet been late with any payments, I began to research my options online and amongst close friends. There seemed to be a pattern. Those who hired a company like CDA to help with their mortgage issues
were much more successful than those trying to do it on their own. I read countless reviews on different companies, and called a few. After speaking with Gary McPeak with CDA, I was impressed that he took a no nonsense, realistic approach to my issues. He
offered NO Promises, as other companies had done, but relied on their success rate and the experience of their negotiators. He walked me through what the steps would be, and set up a payment plan I could afford. Going through the process was nerve racking,
to say the least. And they will ask a lot of you in providing the documentation they will need to fight on your behalf. But throughout the stages, I found CDAs people to be helpful and understanding. I will admit, I became frustrated, at times... especially
in the last couple of months... even "pestering" my negotiator, Jacklyne Davis, pretty often with emails and calls. She did not always answer the phone, but she, or her assistant always got back to me. Again, no promises, but updates that gave me hope. It
took almost 6 months... but our family home has been saved. What more can I say? My payments have been cut almost in half. I am no longer in "limbo" about our future. How do you say thank you to a company for helping you keep your memories and your future?
This is how...... my testimony. Now my biggest worry is all the minor repairs around the house that I have been putting off until this was resolved. My "honey do" list is long. Better get to work on it. Good luck to you who are just getting started. I wish
