These people are so terrible.

In 2012 I moved to L.A and I had to go to the hospital 2 different times. My bills went to collections and when I moved back to the bay area in 2013 (only 4 months after both medical bills) I immediately went to pay off my medical bills. I was told all
I had to pay was $464 for BOTH visits due to child's medical.I was assured by both the person on my case her manager that was the only thing I owed. Next thing I know in September I got a phone call from a Kim Ledezma stating I owed a lot more money over 1,000
dollars. I asked for a bill because supposedly they had been sending me one. I NEVER received it. I asked Kim what does it look like and she said it looks like junk mail. I went through every piece of junk mail to make sure it was not my bill. I never received
it. I called back 5 times asking for her to resend it, because there is no way in heck I will pay something I do not have a written statement for. I never got it. In December of 2013 I lost contact of Kim. I called but NEVER got a hold of her. Finally I went
to look at my credit and saw the outrageous amount of money I supposedly owe and found a different number to contact them. The same ringer I have NOT received a single statement and they refuse to email me it. Who wants to pay my bill? Its a bill it is not
something that someone would want to steal. I am so sick of this. I honestly feel hopeless. I am on top of all of my bills and the fact these people are so UNWILLING to help makes it difficult. Of course I want to pay this thing off so help me by giving me
the darn statement please. I am trying to get them to fax it to me at no avail. This is tiring.
