I highly recommend Elite Realty Partners. Tony and his associates have helped us tremendously in short selling our home and prevented us from having to foreclose it. Although originally we wanted to keep our home and our plan was to continue living there with smaller payments or move to a new house, we found out this was nearly impossible with our financial situation back then. So we went for the alternative of short selling and renting until we were ready to buy. In the meantime the short sale finally closed and we were able to take advantage of the HAFA program that we had no idea existed until Tony brought it up. Tony kept us up-to-date and worked hard to finally getting us a buyer that pulled through with the short sale, even after several buyers bailed out on us previously.
