Impossible Task but Civil Tree helped me get it done

I have been trying to get a £1580 deposit back from a major company that I had travel insurance through. I had to cancel the trip - filled for refund as guaranteed by insurance. Month after month I listened to "we are working with the property Owner" and I would reply that the insurance was for refund not mediation.
