I was contacted by CII in February 08. I have a client who owes us money so thought I would give them a try. The client sent us his check instead of to CII. When I called CII to let them know I had received the money due I was told to fax them a check from my account so they could collect their 20% fee. I asked to have a paper bill sent or faxed to me so I can keep track of my expenses to them. However he got rud with me and told me he wanted the money BEFORE he would send a paper copy. I told him I did not have the information in front of me, he then said to give him a credit card number I DID NOT however I still don't have an invoice from CII.
