I sincerely regret doing business with this company. I purchases a used Rolex from Da Vinci in 2014, it stopped being able to set time and date in June of 2018, I sent the watch to them for a $500+ overhaul. It came back with the issue unresolved. I sent it back in August for another look. At this point the watch was out of my possession for approximately 2 months. I phoned several times and was just put off. In July of 2019 the exact same problem recurred and I was told they would not honor the endorsement of the repair because the year warranty had run out, apparently they begin the year's warranty at the time I originally sent it in. My point is that through a series of delays and failure to provide satisfactory work (I had paid the additional $500+ for the inadequate service) on their part I actually didn't have a full year by July 2019 and I felt they should have considered the circumstances and agreed to extend the coverage for the additional month .
