My mother went through this same thing! BUYER BEWARE! Also, beware of the same type of company "Home Access USA" and "homeaccessusa.com". Remember, if it sounds too good to be true or too easy...those are RED FLAGS waving and telling you to investigate further. These companies are preying on the vulnerable and the desperate. They know how much it means to someone to be able to buy their own house. They also know how hard it can be for someone with less than stellar credit, income, etc. If it were this easy to be a home owner, we ALL would be, right?
