My story is EXACTLY the same as Douglas's post today, exactly to the T. I've had their service for 5 years and now that I'm moving they don't have a clue how to process the order. I've had to call these guys twice a week to babysit my order. I was supposed to have 1.5/768k and a block of 5 IP's. But after checking with Covad it was 1.5/384k, now two days before a very late install date, I find out I wasn’t configured for a block of IPs. I was rest assured many times that I had a block of IP's allocated, but that wasn't true. In fact now they've shipped me a bridge and not a router. So that means I have to buy my own router. The worst part is that they charge a premium for their service. Currently I've been on hold for 50 minutes with their support. Emails never get responded to either. Over the past 5 years I’ve refered over 15 customers and paid a premium for their services. Douglas please contact me if you can, I’d like to hear your situation further: spseminara@yahoo.com
