I'd look elsewhere.
Of course I was wary buying online, but they seemed to be one of the better selections. Now, I do love my scooter (Bought a 50cc classic). When I received it, it had a few scratches and the back tire was flat. I don't mind the scratches or even the flat. Now, I had to wait 11 days for them to ship it, it took me 3 days just to get them to give me the tracking number and another 4 days to receive my paper work (after already receiving the scooter). So, to receive it - 17 days (thanks to their inability to get back to me with the tracking number, I had to keep calling, I ended up having to wait a whole weekend even though it was sitting 15 miles from me in the shipping companies warehouse. Honestly, very ridiculous. Don't bother emailing them. Now as to the tire, I found the hole, plugged it, ran fine for a few days, then blew out. So I called them, they said they'd send a new one out the next day, that day would be June 28th. Well, I called them again on July 2nd, he said he'd call me back. Of course, as the times before, he did not. So I called again today (July 5th) and he gives me the tracking number, it was sent out on July 3rd. This is my main means of transportation and they constantly give the run around. I would have had no problem going to buy my own tire, but lucky me!, the tire size (3.5-10) is very unusual and no one carries it. Even scooter specialty stores. The speed was around what they advertised, but not quite. I would highly recommend changing out all the oils (gear, motor) and replacing them with quality products, along with the spark plug and fuel lines/etc. That has nothing to do with them, but simple because these products are cheap Chinese ones. All-in-all a crappy experience, but the scooter was running well and is very nice. So, really, my rating is a '2.5'. They get an A+ on the BBB and for what BBB checks for, I totally agree. But they could at least pretend to care. I was so excited about this at first, I had planned on getting my next one from them, but no longer. (Also, customer service wasn't rude in anyway, just nonchalant. I hate when people say they will call (Especially when it concerns a purchase) and do not)(AND, Text formatting is non-existent, so I apologize for the large clump of text, not the way I wrote it. And they are located in Texas, not California. I'm sure that is for taxes reasons or what-not)
