I bought a couch sectional. Very nice people up front. However, after 4 broken promises in 28 days on when the merchandise will be delievered, due to many issues withy the warehouse, or the driver, etc. I advised the owner to CANCEL and credit my credit card the full amount. The owner said give him more time, when I refused he said he will have to charge me "Re-stocking fee"! I asked how if nothing has been delivered or unstocked? He refused to refund my money. I called BBB and they got him to give me a FULL REFUND with NO re-stocking fees! This is 4 out of 5 complaints to BBB they got me FULL REFUNDS!
