Business has poor customer service. They love your money but do not support the responsibility that goes with it. Purchased and received tickets well in advance for a show in NY at the Giant's Stadium on 9/26/09 through the internet. The show was canceled and we were not notified. Two people took off from work, drove to NY only to discover the show's cancellation. Contacted Everyticket.com on 9/30/09 by a written request email asking for a refund. Received a call back on 10/01/09 and was told the only responsibility they have to their customers are to collect money and deliver tickets. In this era of cheap communication it is almost criminal to not provide this simple automated service. This is not the type of reputable company anyone should do business with.
