To date Excalibur Engineering has failed to return $173.00 for a service I did not authorize or receive.
Reported a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding the problem we are having with this company. The BBB communicated with Excalibur Engineering twice but Excalibur failed to respond to either OF BBB'S communication attempts.
We will never again deal with Excalibur Engineering. They lack customer service and are very difficult to deal with.
