DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS!
This company should be shut down! I, like everyone else, was charged without my consent for $79.95 twice. I contacted the company to get a refund. They promised a full refund if I would return the empty bottles. I did as they requested. I received two emails stating that they had credited my checking account back and I would receive the money in 5-7 business days but it could take as long as 30. Yesterday marked the 30 day period so I called because I have still not received the refunds. They told me that there was nothing they could do and at this point it was up to my bank. Of course, I called the bank and they said they have no reason to hold a credit/deposit into my account and they aren't even showing a future transaction from this company. I was also told by Operator A-021 that she would have to send in a request to their "refund department" and that I should call back in 2-4 days.
