BEWARE! Absolutely HORRIBLE business with a laundry list of bad work ethics, I am left to wonder how in the world this place is allowed to operate? My friend that had recently arrived from Korea purchased a used car from this business most likely trusting them because they are also Korean-speaking. Instead, the dealer took advantage of her naivete and ignorance. She was intimidated into spending her max limit in cash for the car, never received documents for it, and was told it was ok to just drive off with it (she only just got a learners permit). Not even 2 weeks into owning the car it already broke down with smoke coming out and scaring her to death. Together with another friend for support, we went to this dealer to make him fix these problems. He agreed to tow and fix the car but after blaming my friend for overheating the car. And strangely, he may have felt cornered and defensive by us being with her asking him questions and such because later he threatened that if she brought friends again he won't fix the car. Really, who does that?! Also, since she received no documents she demanded the papers. He claimed he can't get them because they are locked up in the safe... why a safe instead of a filing cabinet? And he told her to look in the glove compartment for her contract. Why would someone put a contract in the glove compartment and not tell the customer? That night she looked in the glove compartment and there was no contract. This purchase has caused a slew of emotional and financial problems for my friend and I hope this place is put out of business very soon. Do not come here!
