Even though the mechanics are decent, The experience is TERRIBLE. Arrogant shop manager talks badly about customers, who are not around, to other customers and complains about everything all the time; burdening the customer. Simple tasks and repairs take longer than they should--it can take an hour just to be given your paperwork so you can leave! The manager seems ungrateful to have customers and will occasionally speak to people in a threatening, inappropriate tone, unnecessarily. The work performed is not worth the wait and the customer service is not worth the headache.
