Global ivestments is a huge and cruel scam . Please beware!. They lie and cheat about their properties. We bought from them for 55000 a property that was so delapidated in the worst area of Cleveland. They had sent doctored false photos dating back from 20 years ago. They use managament companies that steal and scam and fold within a couple of months. We never received any rent from them and there were always excuses to explain that. We lost our money as they kept demanding more repairs , pretending that there are no renters. After one year, we did not see one penny of rental income. PLEASE Do NOT invest with them.! They post fake reviews and run with your money! you might as well have thrown all your savings in the garbage can. They are con artists that shower you with false promises and swindle you from everything you have! It was a nightmare to work with them and a worse nightmare to have lost our savings....
