I’ve been working with Mike from Global for the last 9 months he has been great at gathering and re-gathering info for me. I don’t make these types of decisions quickly so I haven’t made it easy for him. That being said he has been nothing but responsive, pleasant and professional in working with me. While I have taken up quite a bit of his time he has never made ultimatums it pushed hard to sell me in something. He seems just as concerned about me getting exactly what I’m looking for. He’s a class act and I would probably not made the final step without his help. My property in St Louis is Section 8, refurbished with new tenants and I have been receiving my rents on time every month from the City. Thanks guys.
