Review 11/3/2010

I have a been a customer of Gravity Interactive since 2005. The company has improved considerably since I joined. The customer service team is much more accessible than in the past, and frequently has dialogue with their customers regarding the direction of their games. Like any company, they make some mistakes, but I've rarely seen a company admit the problem and then work, not only to fix the problem, but also to compensate (sometimes overcompensate) their customers.
Regarding the review by 1092's review, considering the fact that Gravity hosts Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games (MMORPGs), they have to keep some things quiet. Wantonly announcing everything in future updates holds the potential of giving certain players an unfair advantage. Gravity has also stated that they refrain from announcing certain things they are planning for the future due to the fact that they are merely in the planning stage and have not received official approval. By announcing what they are planning, they would open themselves to severe criticism if their plans fall through.
In summary, while Gravity Interactive has its occasional problems, it is a very good company that is very dedicated to it's customer base.
