Michael Hu abandoned our property and left it half done in worse than poor workmanship. We tried every effort in communicating and working with him and his subcontractors in moving forward and getting remodeling done. He will lie to your face without even blinking. The workmanship is very poorly done because Michael Hu has no foundation and knowledge in how to build a construction. Not sure how he received his licenses, but even our city hall building inspector asked us if Michael Hu is using someone's license or did we verify the validity of his license. Michael Hu will flash his contractor license at you but that does not mean he is experience or knowledgeable. He hires the cheapest and least experienced subcontractor possible to build our house. For example, a part-time priest/ part-time subcontractor installed our tile and wood flooring, leaving the tiles unevenly lined up and cracks in the wooden floor. His subcontractors destroyed (literally) our garage and yards with trash of concrete, brick, etc. We took photos as evidence. It's too late for us, but I don't recommend using this company at all. They would get zero stars if that's even an option in this review.
