Hi Janice and Bill,
I just wanted to give you an update on the New Horizons course Helga and I took on Monday Sept 14th. Overall we were both impressed by the professional look and feel of the training center. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. We took the Excel 2003: Advanced course with instructor James Nelson. The course was excellent, James kept the material interesting and easy to understand by showing the practicality and limitations of each function he taught us. I was also very impressed that New Horizons will let you retake the class as a refresher within 6 months at no additional cost. This is really key as it allows you to go back to work and apply what you learned and them come back and ask questions or relearn things you may have forgotten how to use.
Helga and I would both highly recommend New Horizons as a very professional organization.
