Sure, Nexon makes some fine games, but their scheming for money is incredible. They hype up players to make them buy boatloads worth of in game currency. Then they release "sales" on popular items to the point where people begin to spend massive amounts of money to buy on sale items. Their customer service is horrible. My account was suspended for 7 days, I sent a ticket, 1, maybe 2 months later, I received an email reply saying "You were found glitching." Ok? Anything else you want to tell me? Want to show me some proof? An image? For a company that makes 500 million dollars, they could at least get some real people working their "ticket" system.
