This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with as far as trying to get a credit for merchandise I returned to them.
I sent back an order in March. I have USPS tracking confirmation they received it. I have been calling them every 2-3 weeks for the last 5 months to try to get my credit. Every time it is a different lie. Now they are telling me they issued my credit and it is out of their system. My credit card company does not have any information.
You are told to contact their corporate office but are only given an e-mail address, to which you never get a response.
If I could give a minus star rating below I would...it defaults to 1 !!
