We ordered a pirate bed for our son in early November 2010 - it is nearly 3 months later and still no bed! There was no indication on the website or in the confirmation that the bed would not be shipped immediately. Money was taken from our account at the time of the order. Only after we contacted the company in early December that we learned that it was supposedly being manufactured overseas. Repeated requests for an update have resulted in excuse after excuse - it is now 3 months later the bed still has not been delivered. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

We are unable to identify this customer based on the information provided so we cannot provide a useful rebuttal. More than likely, this customer has already cancelled her order and has received a full refund.
