This so called "company" is a fraud! The same thing was told to me as in the first comment and when we wanted to send it back for a refund we were told there would be a $140 re-stocking fee. Unfortunately accounting paid the invoice before it was caught. When we ran out of toner and actually needed it, the products One Source Supply Center had provided did not work. They appear to be empty! To this day they are still trying to be paid for an invoice that was already paid back in October 2007. They are a complete nightmare!!
