I was notified by phone by One Source Supply telling me that they were sending the second half of an order for toner that was paid for already. When the box of toner arrived, I saw the invoice that was enclosed and immediately flags went up because I thought that the ink was already paid for and the amount was so high. I went online and researched the toner prices and found that One Source Supply was charging about 5 times retail and an insanely high shipping charge for what they sent. I also found numerous scam reports on their company. I immediately called and spoke with someone at One Source Supply to let them know that I had the box all taped back up and ready to send back. I was informed at that time that if I tried to send it back, they would refuse it. One Source Supply did not contact me again until 6 months later when a man from the company called and asked about resolving our balance. I told him that I wanted to send the product back. He told me at that time that they would take it back with a re-stocking fee of around $400. I told him that I would not pay a re-stocking fee that when I tried to send it back immediately when I received the product back in May. Without notice, we were immediately referred to collections.
