Still waiting on My Reservations

I too purchased a promotional package vacation and am/still waiting for the company to "get back"with me.I finally received an email on March 16th,2012 after threatning them as I was/am afraid it was a scam.The person"Christina" said she would get in touch with me soon and it is now March 29th and still no word.I called the reservation desk just today and they said they have my dates listed and that I should email Paradise Dreams at clientcare@myparadisett.com.I am waiting on an answer which I hope is soon.If not then I will contact my bank. I have read bad reviews and good reviews also.Just want to go to Orlando,Florida for a week.....
