They fixed my A/V system. After three companies tried to no avail, Petrone Technology Group came in and in just a few hours fixed everything. I can use all this expensive equipment I bought through the other company. I wish I bought it from Petrone Technology Group. I am so impressed. The technician that they sent out would not leave until I understood how to use everything too. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. five stars+++++
