I ordered on 9/1/2010 3 pillowpets. 2 for my kids and 1 for my niece for their birthdays. Received and email stating payment was received and the information was sent to FedEx to be shipped out. Should be received in 7-10 business days. 14 days later FedEx has still not received package to be shipped. This was suppose to be for their birthday next week. Under normal circumstances a month should be plenty of time for an item to ship. Sent an email but have not heard back. Going to try to call them directly on Monday.
