I noticed a $10.00 charge to my phone bill on 12/01/09. To only find out that Play Phone had been charging me since June. Mysteriously, when I call, all of a sudden I was canceled out middle of November, no manager available, don't know how much my refund, can't transfer me to billing department handling matter, & found out didn't even process my refund request. Very upset!!!
