About a mth ago Preffered Long Distance called me and gave me their sales pitch. It was very good, so I switched. Today I got my first bill and it was $50 higher. I've been trying to call all day and they have been nothing but Rude and have just brushed me off hte phone. I pretty much understood that they just don't care.
I switched back to AT&T and made a complaint to the BBB. Their HQ seems to be at Preferred Long Distance, Inc.

I guess they are just lucky I don't have time to go after them, I would say if they call you and offer you the 'great savings' and 'great customer service' pitch, just hang up the phone.
