I booked a reservation on Prime Time Shuttle for my folks who were coming to visit me because they were coming in right in the middle of the day and there was no way I could get off work early. The reservation process on line was easy and they followed it up with a confirmation. The service was just fine and my parents got to my house with no incident. It was well worth what it cost.
