We booked a Primetime Shuttle to go to Huntington Beach after returning from Hawaii on a flight that arrived on time at 10:00pm. We waited an hour an a half before we were finally put on a shuttle that arrived in HB at 1:00am in the morning! The driver
and curb assistant were very professional, however the company dispatch was unable to schedule anything correctly. Why book a time if the van is not there and is not going to be there? I would never use this company again. I think it is horrible how they taker
advantage of their frontline employees by not providing the support needed to adequately transport scheduled pickups.It was a frustrating experience. One I do not want to have again. Book on Super Shuttle who was constantly in and out picking up passengers
on time. No one was waiting on them!
