UNRELIABLE; MAKES PASSENGERS WAIT FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS

My daughter and I made online reservations 2 months earlier for pick up at LAX on Oct. 22. We were the first to arrive at the Prime Time curb at 7:30 p.m. but was the last one to be put in a van at 10:00 p.m. AFTER FIVE OTHER VANS CAME AND ACCOMMODATED OTHER PASSENGERS WHO CAME MUCH, MUCH LATER. We were made to wait for more then 2 hours on the curb where there were no chairs to sit on. Above all, the first to arrive was the last to be served. That is the worse business practice ever. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Complaint Agency and will tell all my friends not to use Prime Time Shuttle for their airport needs.
