Professional Collection Consultants use a form of severe harrasment in order to collect an alleged debt. Their account collectors threaten to financially ruin an individual. Screaming and threats are a common practice. Clearly the company fails to comply with in the Federal Trade Commision guidelines for proper collection of debt.
The only positive experience in which I obtained through Professiona Collection Consultants, was learning how to file formal complaint through the Federal Trade Commision.
