Very dishonest business. I called them out to root my sewer line. The plumber advised me that the line needed to be scoped as he suspected problems with the line. I reluctantly agreed to their $250.00 fee for this service.
The supervisor informed me that my line is severely cracked and if not replaced would likely soon collapse. They recommended replacing the line at a cost of $25,000.
I called another plumber out to scope the sewer line and observed the results. The sewer line was in excellent shape and required no further work.
Clearly the roto-rooter report was simply a scam to induce customers to perform work at an exorbitant cost that was clearly unnecessary.

Firstly, we take all concerns very seriously. We are a family-owned business since 1947 and take pride in what we do. We have sent a message and have been unable to get a response from this client. Since we are frequently mistaken by imitators, and for other reasons, we do not believe he is refering to our franchise. I have checked on and accounted for all of our estimates within the past 3 months and cannot find any reference to a $25,000.00 quote. We would like to further investigate this claim but are unable to do so at this time. We look forward to having the opportunity to address this issue. Thank you
