The worst experience ever !

If somebody wants his bills paid late, this is the right company and if you want to call somebody (due to the high volume of calls = complaints) you need to have all the patience in the world. They barely explain what is the benefit of their so called big saving, while you can set, for no cost, the same service with the bank that financed your vehicle (in my case). The SMART system is to deduct your founds a month ahead, to pay your bill at the due date and if you, mister customer, can't manage your funds, "WE=SMART PAYMENT PLAN" will manage them to benefit us",I guess this are some of the reasons the company is not admitted to operate in some of the states already. Ask your bank
how you can avoid them. My service with Smart payment is canceled, they deducted the payment for the current month a month ago, due date was 07/05/15 they still didn't pay it, still not answering...
